What is the storage of the Basic plan?

I have seen info on the storage amount for the paid plans, but I haven’t seen anything and very little in fact on what the basic free plan offers for storage if any.
What exactly does the basic free plane give you?

The Basic plan starts with 2GB of space but you can earn more through referrals and other bonus programs.

Appreciate the info. Someone I was Instagram with sent me a file through it and I realize I could use something like Dropbox but it would only be for small less than 100 MB type videos, etc. here or there once in a great while. Wouldn’t be conducive for me to be spending money every month for something I’m really going to use.
Thanks again and have a Merry Christmas!

It is 2024 2GB is nothing, 10-20GB is more reasonable for this day and age the space between 2GB and 2TB is 1998GB. And there is no plans in between. Terrible service.

Ultimately if you want to use the Dropbox service (and its way way way more about the service now than storage) it needs paying for. And that is by getting people to upgrade. Its unfair to say the service is terrible as you arent getting enough of something for free.

Thankfully. There are plenty of other services out there - its an open market. If you dont like here you can use others 🙂
