Live review playback control

Hi,
It would be great to let only the hoster of the live review control the video playback. Currently, any user connected to the live review can play and stop the video and input comments. That is causing a fatal chaos, when several users are commenting and playing back the video.
I suggest to give only the person who has started the live review can control the playback. If somebody wants to input a comment, it should be done after leaving the live review mode.
