Hi there!
Are file requests down for anyone else? Dropbox finally fixed the name deletion problem with file requests (yay!), but now whenever I try to open one the links incognito mode/not signed into my own account (as a client would do to submit a file), I'm hit with a page that says:
There was an error loading the file request. Please try again or contact support.
Dropbox site is saying all systems are operational, so it shouldn't be an issue there?
Would someone be able to tell me whether they can access this link:
https://www.dropbox.com/request/b4913rA5dwFpFVwaT9YD
And whether you can access it:
a. when signed into your Dropbox account
b. when in incognito mode/not signed in to your account!
Your help here is much appreciated, our inbox is being flooded with client emails!
Thanks!
We have the same problem on our end and are at a halt right now.
When logged into Dropbox I see the option to upload, but if I am in an incog window it gives me the error with the hour glass
Same..... HELP!!!!!!!
Same here! Frustrating
important to know that this only is an issue if you're not logged into dropbox, so our customers can't upload necessary files
I'm having the same issue.
And your link didn't work for me.
I'm only able to access the link to the Dropbox request folder when I paste it into browser in which I'm logged into Dropbox in another window in the same browser....
which is not at all helpful for the people that I've requested upload files to me.
Sigh.
I hope this is resolved soon.
This issue has been resolved. Apologies for the inconvenience!
