Hi Dropbox team Keep having the above message when I share a folder. I have tried to share the folder with different people or share a different folder with different people and share folders in the Incognito window, but I keep getting the same message. I have searched through the forum for a solution but have yet to find one. I am using the desktop and trying to create a folder and keep getting the error, "destination folder access denied" "you need permission to perform this action". I have unchecked "read only" in the properties and it re-checks "read only" as soon as I go back to try to create a folder. I am the owner, administrator etc of this computer and I pay for a drop box plan. I recently got a new computer and have had this issue ever since! I should not have to log into dropbox online every time I want to create a folder. I am running windows 11. I have ensured that I have the proper permissions checked. I have called support 2-3 times about this problem. It is hurting drop box reputation for reliability especially when the problem occurs during a critical communication with my clients. The problem: I have a pdf document to share with my client: I send an invite from my app or website and everything goes fine. Then I get an email asking me to approve the file I just sent to them!!! To make things worse, I then press the approve button and I get the stupid unicorn error. I was guided to an obscure unclear setting that worked once and then failed again. Upgraded to a premium account a few days ago and first lot of uploads went fine but now I keep receiving network error message. Im using the latest iOS app with over 20gb free space on my device.
