No Dropbox account under my email address when someone shares files or folders with me

Question or Issue
I am currently logged into my account. However, when someone tries to share files/folders with me, Dropbox says there is no account under my email address. Thank you!

Is that a message that they're getting when trying to share, or that you're getting while trying to accept the share?
When sharing, I wouldn't think it matters whether the recipient has an account or not because it will just prompt the recipient to create an account.
Can you get a screenshot of the exact message? Also the steps to reproduce would be helpful.

If you made sure that your collaborator is using the correct email address, could you send us a screenshot of the exact error they're getting so that we can have a look too?
