Turn off notices to others when I upload a doc to a shared folder
I have a shared folder with others. Every time I make a change in the shared folder an email is sent to the others. I would like to be able to make a change (upload or delete a document) without Dropbox sending an email to all of the others. How do I do that please?

You don't. That's an option that they would each need to change in their own notification preferences on the Dropbox website.
