Are long-lived token creations is going away on Sep. 30th?

We're working for updating our Android and iOS apps to support short-lived tokens,
and trying to asses the impact it will have for our users, as the updated apps are not ready yet.
Can you please update if September 30th is still the date in which long-lived tokens creation will be blocked?
