which files must I deploy to use API V2 for .net?

For using API v2 from .NET, we recommend using the official Dropbox .NET SDK. You can find the installation instructions here:

I need the files who I must deploy with the installation of my app.

I cant install a SDK at customers side.

This may depend on your particular setup, but when you build your project, compiled executable/binaries are dumped into /bin/[Debug|Release]. You should deploy everything there to the client machines.
