Dropbox API
I got an error from Dropbox API: "sharing.share_folder": "too_many_mounts/total_mounts_exceeded/..". What does it mean? I can't find it in the documentation

Hi!
Thank you for reporting this documentation issue, I have forwarded the details to the appropriate team.
I am unable to provide a timeline of when this will be added, however.
To provide more context to the actual error itself:
- too_many_mounts error means there were too many mounts after the operation
- total_mounts_exceeded means the maximum number of mounts allowed was exceeded due to additional mounts
A mount is defined as any mounted namespace (shared folder, team folder or app folder) in a single account.

Hi,
I'm getting a similar message from sharing/share_folder API call: "too_many_mounts/tree_size_exceeded"
I am (through the API) creating quite a few shared folders with granualy permissions for my users, and would like to continue. Is there a way to increase the limit? Even if it means paying more?
Thanks,
Stu.

FinervaStu No, unfortunately there isn't a way to change that limit.
