Identify the current app via access token?

  Is it possible to get any information about the current App/App Folder after a user has retrieved an access token via OAuth? For example, I'd like to be able to display the location in their Drop...

No, unfortunately there isn't a way to get this information from an access token, but I'll pass this along as a feature request.
