Redirect URI registration

Do we always need to register redirect uri in our console for the authentication process?

For the case when many servers use my dropbox app, may I know how to deal with many redirect uri?

We cannot afford adding up the IP addresses of all servers who want to authenticate.

In short though, OAuth 2 redirect URIs do need to be pre-registered, so a few alternatives are:

- use OAuth 2, but with a single, static redirect URI along with the state parameter to redirect as necessary

- use OAuth 2, but don't use a redirect URI

- use OAuth 1
