Webhooks not work
Since 2017-4-27 01:38 UTC, the Dropbox Webhooks not worked any more. But the other API looks like normal.

We've had our engineers working on this and the good news is the problem has been fixed. The backlog is being processed now.

Thanks for the quick response. Can I put in a request to update the status page when an issue like this occurs :) ? I checked the status page and never saw an update. I eventually found this post while I was in the process of submitting a ticket.
