Ok thanks. So just to clarify, it is no longer possible in any way for a third party app to link to Dropbox on iOS 9.
I will have to drop support for iOS 9 in that case (mostly iPad 2 users).

5 years agoYes, that's correct, given that both the official Dropbox iOS app and the official Dropbox web site do not support iOS 9, the Dropbox OAuth app authorization flow is also not supported on iOS 9. (Technically, you might be able to implement a system where the user processes the authorization flow on another computer/device and somehow delivers the access token to the iOS 9 device, but that would need to be custom-built.)
