That can be transient though, so can you try again? I.e., make a change in a linked account to see if it goes through now. If you're still seeing this, please open a ticket so we can investigate specifically: https://www.dropbox.com/developers/contact
And in any case, the 'challenge' parameter is only expected on the initial verification request, not on the subsequent change notifications. It sounds like you already had it verified, so you shouldn't see that parameter anymore anyway.

Seem I just remove and re-add the same url and it working without changing any code.
