Hi there, after months of agony I found you link yesterday to restore image thumbnails.  I have to say it appears to have worked and thank goodness for that.    Not so good is immediately I cannot see pdf previews in my File Explorer Preview Panel ( with they are online or not).   I can see the pdf icon but no preview.  So now I am back to the same old misery but with pdfs.  I have just spent ages tying to fix this.  Can you please help?
