Dropbox Passwords
78 TopicsWhen exactly is Dropbox Passwords getting discontinued?
All the literature in Dropbox indicates we have until October 25 (today) to save our passwords, but I was already shut out as of this morning. The language was vague, sometimes indicating "on" or "by" 10/25, but also this "After October 28, 2025, all Dropbox Passwords data will be permanently and securely deleted." Does anyone have any insight?63Views0likes4CommentsDropbox Passwords is going away - what about Dashlane?

Dropbox Plan Basic. Are you a Team Member or Admin? No. Do you have access to the email linked to the account? Yes. Are there any devices connected to your Dropbox account? Yes, my computer is. Question or Issue Hello, I am trying to access my Dropbox Passwords data until it is shut down. It asks me to check for a notification that does not appear even when I click on Resend notification. This is unexpected because notifications for Edge are turned on in Windows settings. This happens on both Edge and Chrome. I don't know my recovery words. I just want to see my saved data. Clearing cache did not solve the problem.258Views0likes3CommentsInstructions don't match what I see when trying to download CSV file with my passwords

How can i solve this issue? Regards Shaun104Views0likes2CommentsFeedback regarding a support reply to a Dropbox Passwords related question
I emailed support with a question and got a personal response that told me you couldn't help me due to my account type (basic). The rep could have answered my question --if Dropbow Passwords is an app distinct from my individual password -- in less time than it took inform me you couldn't help me. Seriously? I had a paid DB account for well over a decade, but went down to a basic given I'm retired and no longer need the advanced functions. Emailing me to say you can't email a response is both a slap in the face and the most stingy support system I've encountered. You're both wasting time and alientating customers. Congrats to whoever came up with that.65Views0likes1CommentThe Dropbox Passwords app has some compatibility issues with iOS 26
I have ios 26, the new developer release, and many apps have already issued updates to help them function. Dropbox Passwords seems to be bugging. It freezes up when I press the “…” to edit and change a password on an existing account. If you can escalate this, it would help many of us who have already updated our phones. I will contact Apple as well. thanks157Views1like2Comments
