I get the "Check you other devices for a notification," and I have received this notification on at least two other devices, but clicking "allow" button does nothing. I have successfully installed Dropbox Passwords in Firefox on this same laptop. Hello Dropbox Community, I’m posting here out of sheer frustration regarding a critical issue I’ve just experienced with Dropbox Passwords. I noticed that my passwords were not syncing properly across my devices, so I thought it would be a straightforward, reasonable step to log out of the extension and then log back in. In fact, I went so far as to log out of every device linked to my Dropbox account, hoping it might trigger a re-sync. To my shock, this simple action completely wiped out all of my passwords across every device! I want to emphasize that at no point did I choose “reset” or any other option that would knowingly delete my data. All I did was sign out. This is incredibly frustrating—especially considering that Dropbox Passwords is supposed to be a critical security service. I rely on it for both personal and professional logins, and now I’m left scrambling without any of my credentials. Worse yet, the response from Dropbox Support has been non-existent so far. I reached out a day ago and have yet to receive any form of update, troubleshooting steps, or even an acknowledgment that my case is being addressed. I’m hoping someone in the community or from the Dropbox team can help me resolve this as soon as possible. If anyone else has experienced this issue or has any insight, please share. I need to regain access to my passwords ASAP, and I’m shocked that simply logging out could lead to a complete data wipe. Any guidance or immediate assistance would be greatly appreciated. Trying to log into my Dropbox passwords app….will not send notification to any device or computer to allow log in. Something glitched in their system the other day. Logged me out of all my account. I now cannot log back in. I can log into Dropbox, but not Dropbox passwords. Notifications to allow access to Dropbox passwords is not working. No way to log back into my passwords account. I cannot find the solution anywhere, so maybe there isn't a good answer. I would like to be able to export all of my Dropbox Passwords but the only support I can find is for importing and bringing Passwords data (generally csv file) INTO Dropbox Passwords. Hi I'm using the app on Android and very pleased so far Today I needed a password that I had added on my desktop, but it was not available in the app. There is no button to start a sync, or swipe to refresh. I currently have the latest iOS 17.5.1 and latest updates with Safari. Anyway, whenever I am using the browser plugin, I can see and create new entries, but I can’t edit them. There’s no option when viewing the information page (username, password, notes etc screen). The only way I can get edit options is to use the actual Dropbox Paswords app. Am I missing how to do this? Hi, I'm trying to use DP again as I pay it and now that dashlane isn't free anymore. But installing the extension on firefox, clicking its icon does nothing, it doesn't react to any login field either. On Brave clicking the extension does open a new tab, that sends an email to authorize connexion, I recieved a connexion attempt email, but that's all, I've tried since two days again but nothing is sent. Browser are up to date, I'm on win 10 up to date. I had it working a year or so ago.
