I got about total 12+ GB dropbox space through referrals, which has served me well for years. Yesterday, all of sudden my storage space was vanished and I could see only 2 GB space. Hi Dropbox Community, Looking help. I read several post, and tried several things found on this post but my problem is still there. I’m encountering an issue with my storage space. I have a FREE account with 11.5 GB. I referred a few friends a long time ago and did everything possible at the time to increase my FREE account limit, so now it's set at 11.5 GB which I like very much, however I’ve deleted several files from my Dropbox several months ago, but my available storage space hasn’t updated. It still showing as 108% full. I removed Dropbox and folders from 4 other devices (PC and iOS), and removed the app from my WD My Cloud NAS. I’ve tried logging in and out, reviewing the account set-up and removed all the old apps that were sync (Bamboo Paper, pdfReader, Word, Excel, etc) and checking the deleted files folder, but the problem still persists. My limit is currently at 11.5 Gb, and I fear that if I delete my account, and try logging back in, I will find myself with the basic free 2GB which I don't want. Has anyone experienced something similar? Any tips or steps to get the storage space to update correctly? Hi, Wondering if someone can help me with this, I have a 3TB plan, and a 1TB add on, so 4TB in total, I'm only using about 1.2TB or less, I'm trying to transfer the contents of an external hard drive, about 1TB in total, but when I try it tells me that i don't have enough space, and need another 767GB, I've tried doing through folders on my windows 11 PC, and i've also tried but uploading it through Dropbox web site, that takes a long time then just freezes, then eventually just goes back to DB home page, I've had the additional space for a ew days now, and I've tried restarting my PC a few times, Any suggestions for this? Hello, Hope you are all doing okey. I started having DB a month or so ago and the only documents I have are the ones shared by my boss. When I first started there was a notification about having very little space (which was strange because only half of the space -1GB- was used). When the "No space" notification popped up (which was already strange bc there was space left), my boss eliminated some videos (approximately the GB that was used) which are already in the trash but still remaining 30 days to be permanently deleted. Although all this was done, I uploaded 1 document (less than a MB) and again, no space. Furthermore, I can't find anywhere in DB to see which documents could be the responsibles of occupying the space, so I don't know what to do. I already tried eliminating the app, I opened it on the web and tried refreshing it, searched through the documents one by one to see if one of them was occupying a lot of space.
