Probeabo trotz Kündigung verlängert
Ich habe auf meinem Account noch vor Beendigung des Probeabos gekündigt, nach Anleitung und ewigem hin und herklicken durch eure Webside. Heute erhalte ich eine E-Mail, dass der Betrag für das Abo nicht abgebucht werden konnte. Was soll das? Muss ich das jetzt wirklich zahlen, obwohl ich fristgerecht noch vor Beendigung des Probeabos gekündigt habe?2KViews3likes4Comments
