The middle mouse button scroll isn't working in the File section of Dropbox.
Scenario: Android Samsung S8 Tab in DEX with mouse. Middle button scroll works perfectly anywhere but in the file section of Dropbox. In Home, Photo and account section of dropbox the middle mouse button scrolling works. In file section it is not. Seems like a bug to us. Any take?
Cannot play offline .mp3 files on Android
This is related to Dropbox on three different android tablets, 2 Samsung, one other Android versions 14 and 15. Dropbox is the latest version from Play Store mp3 files are played in the Dropbox default mp3 player when clicked. This works correctly for mp3 files in the cloud However: - Make the mp3 files available off line and the default player wont play the file. The player opens, but the 'play' button is ineffective and the music duration box shows --/--. The same offline files can be played with third party apps using the "Open With" dialog . This is a new problem as of Oct 27th 2025. Off line files have always played correctly up to now I prefer to use the default player as it has the features I like. MIG

Can't open pictures on Samsung tablet (Android OS)

Dropbox App Version (if using the app) (444.2.2) Question or Issue I have been having problems open pictures (jpg, png, etc) from the Dropbox app. I can see pictures listed in the app. When I try to open them, they just stuck at the loading screen. Sometimes they may load after a few minutes. Sometime they will load forever. The videos and other documents open just fine. I can open pictures with third party app such as Samsung Gallery with no issue. It seems like the Dropbox picture viewer is having some trouble to load content. I have tried to clear cache and reinstall the App. I'm still having the same issue. Any help to resolve this problem would be appreciated.
Dropbox mobile app won't show search results.
Devices IPads, Android smart boards, Dropbox Website Operating System/Browser (if using the web) IOS, IPAD OS, Android, Microsoft Edge Dropbox App Version/Browser Version Dropbox 440.2.2, IOS 18, Android 13/14, Edge v. 139 (Arm/64 bit) Question or Issue Our company Dropbox recently has had an issue with searching for files in one specific folder. The folder in question has many PDF files in it for employees to grab to find specifications for building jobs. On the windows Dropbox app the files can be found in search easily, but on the mobile apps / Dropbox website it will say "No Results Found"... If you scroll manually through the folder the files are there and can be open but cannot be searched for. Another weird problem is that the files that are not showing up will not show any version history and an error message will pop up (see screenshot). It almost feels like the Dropbox backend is not indexing the files on the cloud. Any help would be appreciated!
Is there an old version of Dropbox that I can install on a old iPad (A1458) using ios v10.3.3?

Unable to install later ios update as says Im already using latest version - ios v10.3.3. So question is am I able to download an older version of Dropbox (basic) that will work with my iPad under v10.3.3, and if so where would I find it to download - Have tried other sources but no luck.
Typing in the Dropbox mobile app's search bar stops mid word on iPad
I am currently using the app on my iPad 11 inch Air M3 using OS18.6.2. Every time I try to type in the search bar it lets me write one or two letters/numbers and then stops even though I am still typing. I have to keep clicking on the bar to continue typing… Im using the most up-to-date version of the app as there is no option to upgrade on the App Store. Any thoughts?? Its very annoying as I use the search bar all day!
