Video transcript is not working, it just loads indefinitely.
No matter how long I wait, it stays like this indefinitely. Refreshing the page or trying a different browser doesnât fix it either. Iâve tried Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Opera, but the result is the same on all of them. Even clearing history/cookies doesnât solve the issue. Does anyone have a solution?
The transcription changes language based on the accent of the speaker.
this is weird. so I have a speech from a french guy with a french accent but talking in english. when I run it through dropbox's transcription, several times the transcription translates what he is saying in english into french. this has happened more than once with different speakers with accents, it auto translates it into their native language.
Video freezing when trying to preview.
I have downloaded longer videos from a dropbox folder, and a few minutes in, the video freezes. At first I thought it was because of the editing software I was using, but changing it didn't help anything. I contacted the sender of the videos, and they confirmed that the videos got fully uploaded. So that must not be the issue. What could be causing
Syncing large video folders stops in the middle when trying to sync them.
Iâm running into a frustrating issue with Dropbox on my iMac (Ventura 13.7.5). When I try to sync large video folders (~200GB) via the desktop app, the sync process starts but then stops partway through. I often return to find it paused or inactive. I have to manually click the cloud/arrow icon to resume syncingâand sometimes repeat this multiple times before the folder fully syncs. This makes the process unreliable for large transfers. Additionally, when I try to download large folders from Dropbox via the browser, the process usually fails when it attempts to create the ZIP file. Is this a known limitation with Dropbox and large video files, or is there a workaround or setting adjustment I should be aware of? Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
