Dropbox keeps switching to beta while I've already opted out of early releases.
I keep getting updated to the beta when i dont want the beta anymore. it sucks and i turned off early access in my account. can some smart person from dropbox just remove me from the beta forever? its horrible and I never want it again

I'm getting emails saying "Your Team files haven’t synced since..." after I downgraded
I downgraded my Teams account trial to Basic bit I keep getting emails that "Your Team files haven’t synced since Apr 08 2024". I cannot access the management link in that email. I would like to stop getting that message but cannot get to any of the links contained in it. Paul

Dropbox Paper files are missing after organization downgraded from team to personal
My org downgraded from a team account to personal accounts and none of the documents I had access to were transferred to my personal account, whereas the same did happen for all the other members of my organization. I see the folder structure of documents I used to have access to but all folders are empty, including a folder called: `[myname@email.org]'s files`
