Dropbox Microsoft Office Online not working: Clicking "Open in Word for Web" results in preview
I'm having trouble getting Microsoft Office Online to load properly. When I open a *.docx document as the preview and choose "Open with Word for Web" my browser opens a new tab and the loads the same *.docx file in the preview mode. If I go to the same dropdown and click "Open with Word for Web", it opens yet another tab that also ends up being the same preview folder. The Word for Web loads properly if I use the DropBox browser interface to create a new document. However when I close it, I am back to the original situation where if I try to open it with Word for Web it only loads a new tab in the preview view. Can somebody help me get this working again? This situation started suddenly and is new to me.

Apps in my iPhone say my Dropbox is empty when I try to attach files
Hello! Whenever I try to attach a file saved in Dropbox from an app (for instance, WhatsApp message, or Mail app) in my iPhone (iOS 18.1), the app says my Dropbox is empty, although it is fully synced in my phone. Interestingly, from the Messages app I'm able to attach a file and if I open the Dropbox app and select to export a file to WhatsApp or Mail, it works. I've tried disabling and enabling Dropbox from the Browse option, clearing history and website data and restarting the phone, and nothing worked. Any suggestions? Thank you!
Microsoft Teams integration loses login connection every other day
The new Microsoft Teams integration is great; we can now open shared links directly on the Desktop via the native app, which is a great time saver. Only bug for the integration is that users have to login to Dropbox via Teams every other day. It loses the login authorization and the 'open file in app' function is then not available anymore. Users need to login everyday in to Dropbox via Teams to make it work again.
pCloud is still linked to my Dropbox account, even though I've already disconnected them.
I once started syncing my Dropbox to pCloud. But then unable to disable this syncing even after disabling this sync function. Hi! I'm a MacOs user As the topic says, the APP dropbox not working anymore when I travelling to China even with a working VPN, can anyone help me with this? The VPN working for google, YouTube and Gmail and everything that are restricted in China, but the dropbox app are just not working!!! I tryied to restarting the laptop and download newer version of dropbox but it still not working, I can't delete the dropbox because I got 700G that are super important for my work and I need it through the app not the web because many of my other app are connected to Dropbox app, so if I delete dropbox it will crush with the previous files from those app and my project folder will be broken!! WELL it's already crush for some app because can't access to the dropbox folder. I know it's a internet issue but can anyone help me to fix it plzzzz??? Hi! I've used Dropbox Sign for quit a while. I draw up WORD documents. And signed them via Dropbox, through a browser window. WORD document got transformed into PDF for signing. The PDF were saved (in-process or completed or signed) in the same source folder. Now, I use WORD 16.9 with the HELLOSIGN add-on. Signing is easy and fast. However, the signed PDF documents don't get saved into the same source folder. I have to go and fetch them in a browser window or in emails. That's a waste of time for me. How can I set parameters so that all signed documents get saved into the same location, next to the original WORD documents? Thank you, Freddy
