As we get into 2026, I hope we’ve all hit the ground running! We’ve got some great new updates to share from the Dropbox Dash team. Based on your feedback and how you’re using Dash every day, we’ve been shipping improvements that make Dash faster, smarter, and easier to work with.

Below is a quick snapshot of what’s new and improved, focused on helping you get more value out of Dash with less effort. Let’s jump in!

  • Export to CSV in Protect and Control: Admins can now export Protect and Control data to CSV files, either by selecting specific rows or exporting entire tables with up to 50,000 items. This makes it easy to generate reports, analyze data, share information with stakeholders, and review and validate changes before taking action. Learn more here.
  • AI model selector : Users can now choose from a selection of up to five AI models for chat and writing tasks, making it easier to select the best model for each specific use case. A new, intuitive interface presents clear model names and descriptions, helping users quickly understand each model’s strengths and make informed decisions. This flexibility enables a more personalized and efficient experience in Dash. Learn more here.
  • Dash web search: Users can now search the web directly within Dash, making it faster to find relevant information without leaving the product. Users are notified when web search occurs and can opt out at any time, ensuring transparency and control. All data remains secure and is handled in accordance with privacy regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Learn more here.
  • Adobe Marketo Engage connector: Users can now connect Adobe Marketo Engage to Dash, bringing all marketing programs, emails, and landing pages into one centralized workspace for easier discovery, management, and analysis. Learn more here.
  • HubSpot Marketing Hub connector: Users can connect their HubSpot account to Dash to quickly search, discover, and reuse marketing assets and campaign information in one place. This integration helps marketers plan campaigns, collaborate, and create content more efficiently. Learn more here.
  • Simplified Stacks creation and content addition: Users can now more easily build and manage Stacks with a streamlined content addition experience. Within a Stack, teams can browse Dropbox folders with subfolder navigation, add entire folders or select specific files, upload files and folders directly from their desktop, and drag and drop content from their desktop into the add interface. Users can also filter by media or connector type and quickly insert links when adding content to a Stack, making it faster to find and organize the right content, helping to reduce friction in everyday workflows.
