I have been a loyal paying Dropbox customer for over a decade. I'm a CTO and have recommended Dropbox to hundreds of people over the last 15 + years.

Unfortunately, i can no longer afford Dropbox because I've reached a point in my plan that I'm now forced to purchase 3 users which doubles my cost.

I reached out to sales and they were unable to help me. Seems to me Dropbox does not care about their customers.

This leaves no tother choice but to go to Microsoft's One Drive as they offer a versatile subscription service  that will fit my needs.

 

Dropbox got greedy.
