Dropbox Replay - Opening any file Triggers "Unexpected Error"

The files were TIFF files, linked to their Dropbox files (not uploaded directly into replay).

Our team cannot access any of the photos or annotations made.

We have tried Chrome & Safari Browsers & Clearing Cache & Cookies.

Is there any way to recover our work?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, LHH.

Would you mind sending us a screenshot of the error, so we can get a visual?

Also, does this happen only with those particular TIFF files or other files as well?

Let me know and we'll go from there.

Here I'm also facing the same issue, check the attached screenshot.

Hey Junglerevives - sorry to hear about this and thanks for the screenshot.

Is this affecting one file only or all of the files in Dropbox Replay?

Also, can you please clarify if you're getting the same error on another browser or an incognito window with no extensions or plugins running?
