Upload Error: Reach upload limit, try add-on and try again.
I'm trying to add/share the contents of a Dropbox folder to a newly created Replay project. Of the 243 image files, 207 where successfully "copied" to the Dropbox Relay project. I don't understand why as they all appear to be jpeg files (albeit from different sources). The error that appeared on screen was
Reach upload limit, try add-on and try again.
I don't understand what is meant by "try add-on". I have already purchased the Relay add-on. What can I do to get the other 36 files added to the project? It's preferable that all these image files be located in the same folder.

Hey there, FHarriott thanks for posting here!
Weird error message indeed. I went ahead and located the existing ticket communication that you have with our support agent.
I also agree that the case might need to be investigated by a member of our team that specializes in these kinds of issues. It looks like Melanie, our support agent just escalated it.
What you can do from your side is to keep an eye on your inbox, since the team will reach out to you there with any updates or next steps. Don't forget to update this thread once you have additional news.
If you need something else, please let me know and I will be more than happy to help every step of the way.

From my end, I've not received a follow-up email on the matter. Additionally, the effective problem still persists. Since posting this case to the forum, i have tried three more times to get all my source images into one Project. All three attempts have resulted in failure.By failure, I mean not all the files arrive in the target Project and I find it difficult to ascertain which of the 200+ is missing, so I try again and again with a new Project. Ugh!

Hey FHarriott, thanks for letting me know about that!
I checked on our system and it seems that Chadwick, the agent working on your case replied back yesterday.
Can you check your inbox and your spam/junk folder of your email, in order to confirm if you received a reply or not? If you did, can you reply back to him with the necessary info?
