api file request set naming convention

HI,

There is currently no way to set the naming convention when creating a file request through the API. Therefore the uploader name is added to the file automatically and we have no say about it.

The idea to implement the option to set the naming convention through the api

https://api.dropboxapi.com/2/file_requests/create

or setting a default naming convention for file request could also work.

    Hi DB-Des ,

Thank you for your responses. I wasn't sure if the thread you linked was considered a feature request or not because it was in the "Dropbox API Support & Feedback" section.

I thought they would have been a section called "share an idea \ idea". Looking at the breadcrumbs of this post that I created using "suggest an idea" it's not in that section either. So maybe this post is just a dupplicate. I don't understand why it is in the "suggest and idea" section of this forum
