Naming convention on uploaded documents no longer reflecting settings

Just to make sure we're on the same page, can you send us a screenshot of a couple of examples so that we can have a visual too?

Also,  how are the uploads done in the first place? If it's through a web browser, have you tried a different one?

Hi Walter​ - thank you for your help.  The uploads are done from a web browser.  I've tried a different browser, clearing out history, logging out/in, etc.  No luck.

The code language appearing is the issue.  Never had this before.  Please let me know if I can provide additional information.  Thank you.

It looks like the naming convention that you have set is working fine, and the file is being named correctly in your Dropbox. You can see that in both of your email screenshots. The files as captured by Dropbox are named Caro_Test_for_Dropbox.pdf and Caro_Cool_Picture.png, which matches your set naming convention.

The problem is just a formatting issue with the emails that are being sent after the upload. See below. The first screenshot is from the email received by the uploader, and the second shows the uploaded file within Dropbox.

The section of the email that contains the file name surrounded by HTML code is within a text/plain content block, when it should be text/html. It's just a formatting error in the email message. The request process itself is fine.
