App folder to have main folder being sub-folder.

Hello, I would like to create new App Folder application, which would have it's main folder as sub-folrder of currently working team folder. I don't want the app to have access to compete team...

I'm just not entirely sure of what you wish to achieve, and I need to be entirely certain of what you want to accomplish, before guiding you with the next appropriate steps. 

Would you be able to give me a few more details in regards to the steps you've already tried so far? Also, at which path do you wish to create that folder? 

Also, I understand you're part of a team, right? Are you a team member, or admin?
