Cannot Save App Permissions on DBX Platform

I have created the app but I keep checking the box in permissions for files.content.write and files.content.read and it won't save.  Everytime I authenicate, it says those permissions are not shared,...

Hi southpaw3229,

There is "Submit" that has to be selected at the end, after permissions change, so the change becomes saved:
