Change E-mail Subject
Hello,
Hoping someone can help me.
When I create a new shared link, via API, I get a newly generated (unique) link.
Works great - however, is it possible to edit the automated E-mail's subject?
Right now, when creating a new link, the admin gets an e-mail with the subject, that starts with:
"You created a new file request for"...
I need to add something in the front of this subject (see bolded part), ie:
"[#11111]You created a new file request for"...
Is this possible? It's essential due to our ticketing system, which requires this or else a new ticket would be created everytime a client uploads / downloads files, and this is something we want to avoid.
Any help is apprecaited.
Regards

No, it's not possible to customize these emails, but I'll pass this along as a feature request. - Beep929 years agoExplorer | Level 4Thank you Greg!
