4 years agoI'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having with this third party app, as well the trouble contacting the makers of the app. For reference, it sounds like the app is not handling short-lived access tokens properly. This is something that the third party app would need to be updated to handle. If the developers of this app are having any trouble with the Dropbox API itself, they can reach out to Dropbox developer support directly with the relevant technical details.

Unfortunately it looks as though they have not updated this version of the app in several years. I’m really not sure where to go at this point.

As long as the app allows you to re-connect the Dropbox account, you should still be able to use the integration for up to four hours at a time. Also, any data in your Dropbox account should still be there and accessible to you via Dropbox directly, e.g., www.dropbox.com, though that may or may not be useful depending on what format the app used for the data.
