Downloading shared file gives me access denied error in Dropbox API
When I try to download a shared file, I get an access denied error. The shared file is valid as you can see: https://www.dropbox.com/s/kudtbi18mhweyua/courser_course_1460192882561.json?dl=0 ...

This is still a problem. Publicly shared files result in shared_link_access_denied error. Example: https://www.dropbox.com/s/u5zy53a56b1irpx/9434b6e0233d11e897274d5aeb549a34.cv?dl=0
