Dropbox Picker for folder?

Hello,
is it possible to use your Drop-Ins Filepicker to select a folder? I couldn't find any setting to achieve this. However the Drop-Ins for direct upload has a such a functionality...

Thanks for any advice!

What a shame. All that work in creating a file picker and no way to return a folder path! :(

    Hello,

We are using the dropbox plugins (picker, save) in our app and we need to upload a local file for a certain feature.

Since this cannot be done with a URL with the dropbox saver I tried to create a folder picker and then upload with a rest request.

Is there a way to upload base64 or a blob with the dropbox saver api ?

The Dropbox Saver doesn't currently officially support saving files from data URIs or blobs, but I'll be sure to pass this along as a feature request.

    This is awesome.

I would be most greatful if you let me know here if there is a progress on this feature. Or if the team changes their mind on the picker being able to pick folder metadata, which seems to require a lot less work than the save update :)

    Cheers

I'll make a note to follow up on this thread if/when there's an update on either feature request.
