How to get a link to specific user's folder on dropbox.com

As Dropbox API does not offer a way to manage membership of shared folder, I want to give the dropbox.com URL to user. (the URL shows "Shared folder options" of user's specific shared folder.) Can...

No, the Dropbox API doesn't offer a way to get the URL for a folder, but I'll be sure to pass this along as feedback.
