Hi KhaledSardini and magnafire,
Thank you for taking the time to request an enhancement to increase the maximum file size for API uploads. We’re happy to share that our engineering team has implemented this improvement.
The maximum file size limit for API uploads for an upload session has been increased from 350 GiB to 2 TiB. This now reflected in our documentation.
We hope this update helps better support your workflows and enables you to work more efficiently with larger files. We truly appreciate your feedback and your continued use of Dropbox — it plays an important role in helping us improve our platform.

magnafire Thanks for the feedback! I've added your note to the feature request.

our main office uses a QNAP server to sync the on site team to dropbox. remote users sync on their desktops at home.
we had footage files recently at 450gb each and this became a big issue.
please up the single file limit to 500gb or 1tb please and thanks.

The Dropbox API supports uploading files up to 350 GB in size. There isn't a way to use the API to upload files larger than that, but I'll pass this along as a feature request. I can't promise if or when that might be implemented though.
