Upgrading to Dropbox Basic Extra
Hello:
A couple of days ago, I received a pop up offer in the Dropbox app giving me the opportunity to upgrade my free plan to "Dropbox Basic Extra." It is my understanding that this plan gives an additional 50GB of storage. It gave a price of £17.50 for a one year subscription, but when I tried to make the credit card payment, it would not go through and instead, remained in an endless loop. I tried the payment a good few times more, but had the same problem. Has anyone else had this problem? As far as I can see, this is a limited offer. There is absolutely nothing about it among Dropbox's list of plans. It seems that there is a problem with Dropbox's payment system. I would like to redeem this offer, so any advice would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

It is offered randomly to people and isnt a standard plan, you cannot buy it off the website.
If its available to you you can upgrade to it via https://www.dropbox.com/buy/basic-extra.
