I usually use dropbox to transfer my photos from my mobile to my pc. For the last two days, when I try to transfer a file, it says that it already is in dropbox, but it doesn;t show in the pc folder. The icon in the taskbar shows the blue arrows, meaning that its syncing, but its been doing that for two days. Anything I can do?34Views0likes2CommentsI uploaded a folder from my desktop to Dropbox, but I'm not seeing it on the website
Hi, I uploaded the folder, containing all the folders of my website, from my desktop into Dropbox. Next I tried two things: I created a new folder, oploaded it to the the folder of my site on my desktop, checked the folder in Dropbox: the folder was not synchronised; - I created a new folder, uploaded it to Dropbox, into the folder of my website, checked the folder on my desktop: the folder was not synchronised. I would prefer that the first approach would work: work on my desktop, after I have finished the same folder in Dropbox it would synchronise. Any help would be appreciated.119Views0likes10CommentsBww files from a website now saving as a URL file on the iOS app

Hey there. I currently use Dropbox for sharing files and upload my files mostly using the desktop app, which uses my full internet connection of 1Gbps, usually easy and no errors. My main issue: Some of my peers also use dropbox and will send me upload requests and vice/versa. These apparently can only be done through a browser, at least I haven't found a way to use the app yet, which takes absolutely ages. I've tried using different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Opera) or different machines (Win11, Mac and a linux distro) and it will not change how fast it goes. Also this connection is frequently dropped and the uploader shows as if all the files are uploaded, but when checking we see that some files are missing, sometimes a lot, sometimes a few. Is there a way to use the desktop app to share files with someone else's dropbox link? If not, is there are way to make the browser upload faster? I use a few other services that require browser uploading (WeTransfer, Vimeo, Youtube, Pixieset, GoogleDrive) and Dropbox is the only one that is slow. I just did a test of uploading 700 raw photos and it took the desktop app a little over 3 minutes while the browser still has over 45 minutes to go. Thanks anyone for the help, I couldn't find anything anywhere about this, hopefully is fixable!3.4KViews0likes28CommentsUnable to create or add new files to my Dropbox team admin account
I cannot make a folder within dropbox or save any document or file directly to Dropbox. If I want to put something in the Dropbox, I have to do a manual transfer every time. I am the admin of my Dropbox and my colleague has no problem doing this. A banned symbol is shown everytime I attempt to drag a file from my computer files into the Dropbox. Please help!60Views0likes4Comments
