Unable to open available offline file on my Android.
Hi. I'm using the Android version of the Dropbox app. (ver. 450.2.2) I set the text file to "Available offline" and edit it offline. In certain circumstances, offline files cannot be opened. 1. Connect your Android device to the Internet and sync files. 2. Edit the text file marked "Available offline", save it, and synchronize it with the server. 3. Disconnect your Android device from the internet. 4. Tap the file you just synced. 5. I can't open a file and get the error message "Network error. Retry later." If you open a synced text file while your device is online, you can then open the text file even if your device is offline. If you sync a text file and then go offline without opening it online, you will not be able to open the text file. Please fix this behavior.
I'm scanning documents with color on my iOS app, but they're coming out as black and white.

How can I get the scan of color file to be in color? EDIT: same issue when scanning file with iPad app - scan of color file/photo is black & white even in Original edit setting.
New files from camera uploads not showing in the Photos tab in iOS 26 (17promax)
Device iPhone 17 pro max Operating System/Browser (if using the web) iOS 26 Dropbox App Version (if using the app) 444.2.2 Question or Issue Moving to a new iPhone and installed dropbox app. However, camera uploads is very buggy. It will upload the photos/videos, but the display will not show any new photos added. New items can be found in camera upload folder, but not in the "Photos" tab on the app as it will not fresh that at all. Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling and sometimes get the error message that the camera uploads folder doesn't exist and will be created on next upload. But the folder is there and new images are added.
Bluebeam PDF showing unwanted NOTE popups in app.
Afternoon. I'm having an issue reading bluebeam Revu PDF with the mobile dropbox app. Opening the pdf using web browser on the cell phone (iphone) or even opening it on desktop app there is no issue, but opening PDF in the mobile dropbox app itself creates yellow Note popups all over the print. I've attached a few pictures for reference. I did find a previous thread about this that said it was corrected for AUTOCAD pdf, but have not found a solution for this. When we open an audio file, it plays automatically. Is there a way to stop the auto play. We need to use this on our phone for when we sing outdoors or in aged care facilities as we don't have room for a computer. I have tried turning the loop function off, but it is off on all files already. I don't want to have to use a desktop version. I just want the ability to use the app but to be able to turn off auto play in the settings. I can see that someone else had this issue 7 years ago and it looks like it has still not been fixed. Can I please vote for an auto play off button, as an update?
Dropbox sync problem with Setlist app. Can't connect with Dropbox.
I am using an app called SetList on my IPad Pro. Its used for uploading songs charts. It uses Dropbox to upload from. Recently when I try to connect to Dropbox to upload a file, the Dropbox login page opens. I can enter my username. Its says welcome back and after I enter my password. it just spins the status square. I am running 13.1.3 on the Ipad. The Setlist app has not been updated in years. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Bring back the Mailbox app
Even if you don't change anything about it, it'll still be better than any email app/site that's available now in 2025. It was a mistake to kill the app. Make it independent like Protonmail, i.e. not reliant on Gmail. Steve Jobs said you are just a feature. Even in 2025, he is still right. Email is not going anywhere. It's time for Dropbox's solution to it. And trying to kill it was not the solution.
