I see a "syncing with Dropbox is paused" error on my Files app.
Application Affected
Files App on iOS 26.4
Device
iPad Air 2026
Operating System
iOS 26.4

Question or Issue
When I go to files app, under Dropbox it shows Syncing with Dropbox paused. This is only happening on my iPad Air 2026, it works fine on my iPhone and iPad gen9.
Same issue is described in 2 other discussions :

The solutions discussed there do not solve my problem.

Since this is happening on the Files app, and not your Dropbox mobile app, the troubleshooting we can do is a bit limited.
However, can you also take a look at the solution provided here and let me know if it applies to your case?
