I am using an app called SetList on my IPad Pro. Its used for uploading songs charts. It uses Dropbox to upload from. Recently when I try to connect to Dropbox to upload a file, the Dropbox login page opens. I can enter my username. Its says welcome back and after I enter my password. it just spins the status square. I am running 13.1.3 on the Ipad. The Setlist app has not been updated in years. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.88Views0likes6CommentsUnable to save PDFs from iOS 26.0.1 to Dropbox (via buttons in Mail or other PDF viewers)
Integration Affected iOS 26.0.1 Mail and other PDF viewers to Dropbox Device iPhone 15 Pro Operating System/Browser (if using the web) iOS 26.0.1 Mail Dropbox App Version (if using the app) 444.2.2 Question or Issue I've recently upgraded to the iOS 26.0.1 version on my Apple phone and I have lost the functionality of the Dropbox PDF sharing. This happens when I have opened a PDF on my phone and try to share to Dropbox (either via a "Save to Dropbox" button or a "Dropbox" logo button). (Screenshot attached). The buttons are visible, yet don't work as they did prior to the update. My workflows now don't work as they used to for 'on the fly' PDF management.272Views0likes6CommentsDropbox not linking with Cloud Duplicate Finder on iPad via Chrome
Hi, I am trialling Dropbox and trying to use it with Cloud Duplicate Finder (CDF) on my iPad (via Chrome). Unfortunately, the integration is stuck in a loop. Steps I’ve tried: Clearing Chrome cookies & site data. Signing out and back into both Dropbox and CDF. Pressing “Add New Drive → Dropbox” inside CDF. What happens: CDF shows a grey “Dropbox” box but never expands into my folders. Each refresh just re-loads the same grey entry instead of opening the Dropbox permission popup. I can’t access or select any folders to scan. Expected: Dropbox should trigger the login/permission popup, then allow CDF to show the folder tree. This feels like a Dropbox ↔ CDF OAuth connection issue on iPad. Could a Dropbox moderator confirm if this is known, and if there’s a fix or workaround? Hello, My Dropbox app on iPad is not syncing with my Windows 11 desktop. For example, when I open a mind mapping software that I use (Xmind) and try to open a mind map that I saved in Dropbox desktop: beside the Dropbox icon, there is a circle formed by two arrows with an exclamation point inside of the circle. I cannot find any information in Dropbox support files on this specific icon. I am guessing it is indicating some sort of sync issue. I would appreciate your instruction and help for this Dropbox newbie. Thanks much! DaveSolved510Views0likes16CommentsI have a problem accessing audio files using Transcribe+ on iOS
I used to have no problem accessing audio files saved to my Dropbox through Transcribe+ iOS app. However, lately when I try to view files I see an (!) icon next to the Dropbox icon in Edit bar, and files in the window are greyed out or show download prompts. Can anyone advise?223Views1like10CommentsCan’t open a .docx file on the iPad from the Dropbox mobile app

I use the Dropbox app on my iphone. I used to be able to open excel files in excel by using “open with - excel”. But now it sends me to a screen saying Microsoft Integration wants permission. I hit the Allow button (the only other option available is “learn more”) and it just takes me back to the list of files in Dropbox. I can never get past that. I used to be able to open them from the Excel app as well, but not now. What has changed and what can I do?Solved15KViews0likes32Comments
