Mobile app on iOS frozen due to an ad pop-up
hi, I have recently found that when opening my dropbox app on my iPhone 16 pro, after about 5 secs the screen is filled with the dropbox advert 'Try the best of Dropbox for free' this covers the whole screen and there is no way of shutting it down. See the screenshot below. Any suggestions apart from the normal, log out log back in again, would be gratefully received. Thanks, Jill
The Requested Operation Couldn’t Be Completed error - Dragging & Dropping into Files app on iPad
Dragging and dropping error using the stock files app on iPad OS (13 latest) with the latest version of Dropbox installed. Each time I try to drag and drop a file using the files app I'm greeted with an error message: The requested operation couldn't be completed because the feature is not supported. Any ideas to fix it? Or is it just another Dropbox issue that won't ever get addressed like the missing favourites bug? Note, dragging and dropping works flawlessly using Google Drive, One Drive, iCloud etc. I've tried removing and redownloaded Dropbox etc.
Syncing with Dropbox is paused when I access my Files app.
I have an iPhone 14 and iPad Air 4th generation. When I go to files app, under Dropbox it shows Syncing with Dropbox paused. This is only happening on my iPad works fine on iPhone. Spoke with Apple and said it’s a Dropbox issue. I have removed Dropbox app and reinstalled it. Signed out and in, reset network settings. Background app refresh is on. I’ll post a pic. Files are loading but still shows syncing paused.
How can I sync folders in the Dropbox mobile app on iOS?

The app does not refresh at all, in the app settings refreshing on background is active, also mobile date is on. Can some figure this out with me? native files.app integration is still downright dangerous. When files/folders added to Dropbox from another device failed to appear on my iPad, I tried numerous remedies (none of which worked) culminatinig in reinstalling the Dropbox app and then clearing the cache under "Files.app settings". Clearing the cache resulted in the more recently added folders and their contents being deleted from my Dropbox, even though they were uploaded from a different device. The integration evidently concluded that, since they weren't on my iPad, they didn't belong in the cloud either.The Files app in my iPad won't sync/update my files

After reinstalling the Dropbox app, all content is up to date in the dropbox app, but the files app shows syncing paused for folders with newer content and doesn't show the newer content.
