The Dropbox Passwords app has some compatibility issues with iOS 26
I have ios 26, the new developer release, and many apps have already issued updates to help them function. Dropbox Passwords seems to be bugging. It freezes up when I press the “…” to edit and change a password on an existing account. If you can escalate this, it would help many of us who have already updated our phones. I will contact Apple as well. thanks
My camera uploads stopped uploading new files on my iPhone.
Until May 18, all the photos I take with my iPhone (iOS 18.1.1) were automatically sync'd into my Dropbox Camera Uploads folder. Since then, the new images are not going into the folder. My phone is fully charged, on strong wifi, and I haven't changed any settings. How do I get it to continue uploading photos to the Camera Uploads Dropbox folder?
Bww files from a website now saving as a URL file on the iOS app
Hi all. Using IOS for everything, Used to use Dropbox to download bagpipe music from bagpipe tunes.intertechnics. saved as a bww file in Dropbox which then allowed to view sheet music on the bagpipe player app in IOS. now downloads save as url file which can’t be opened in the player app!! Any suggestions ? thanks
Dropbox iOS app is consuming more space than expected.
I have the free 2GB version and have 1GB stored on my Dropbox. But on my Iphone settings it shows that Dropbox uses more than 7GB. Even if my Dropbox is empty. I‘ve tried deleting the cache and I have no offline file. On the account settings in Dropbox it shows that Dropbox only uses around 700MB. When I delete the App and install it again it only uses around 250MB. Thank you for taking your time to read this and perhaps helping me out.After the latest iOS mobile app update, my offline files have been re-syncing.
I upgraded to version 428.2 yesterday and now my Dropbox app always shows my offline files as queued for resync when I launch the app. I just tested it by syncing my files, then closing and relaunching the app and every entry in my offline list has that little blue circle with the white arrows. The files are still available so I guess it's not really re-downloading them? I'm hoping this is just a UI glitch.
Can we have a "scan document" option when long pressing the Dropbox icon on iOS?
Hello, Wouldn't be a great idea for Dropbox to include the "Scan document" option in the menu showing up when pressing the app icon (iOS) like for Apple's Notes app ? I can send you a screen capture. Just my 2 cents. Regards. Robert Lespérance
