I cannot open Excel files on my iPad for the last few weeks. I get the error message: "Can't open file. Sorry, something went wrong and [document] can't open. The error doesn't happen on my iPhone or Desktop; only the Microsoft Excel files seem affected. Yesterday (05/12/20225) I started the Dropbox professional subscription trial. I had the free subscription prior to yesterday's move to the professional subscription. When using the Dropbox MS Exchange App to save an email attachment I'm getting the following error message: "Something went wrong. Please reload the add-in." However, I'm having no problem using the Dropbox MS Exchange App to share a file to an email that I'm creating. I'd like to be able to use Dropbox MS Exchange App to save an email attachment. Please help, I am in a HUGE panic. As of this morning, my Android Microsoft mobile apps no longer open my more than 1000 Dropbox files. I cannot save a newly created Microsoft file to Dropbox either. I have always been able to open and save my Dropbox files in the Android Microsoft apps (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel , etc) on my Pixel 8. I can no longer open files. Here's the message I get when I try to open a Dropbox file from within Microsoft Word: "Can't open file. [file name] is stored in an unsupported server location." If I try to open a file from within Dropbox, I get an error message that reads, "Can't complete task. Something went wrong. Please try again." I was initially able to open files within M365 Copilot, but I just started receiving the same message and I can't view any of my files. When I tried to connect a different Dropbox account, I received a message that said, "Access blocked: dropbox's request does not comply with Google's policies." Please note that the apps are all updated. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the apps in addition to restarting my phone. Hi, We are facing an issue with the Dropbox integration in Salesforce while setting up the connection between the two apps. Specifically, we are encountering an error related to the ShortLivedRefreshToken Field Exceeds Limit. Our Salesforce application is live on the AppExchange, and one of our clients has reported this issue. In Salesforce, we can store a maximum of 255 characters. Hello! I am so hoping someone can help me! I use the Walmart Photo Canada site and upload photos weekly for printing so I can do next day pick up at the location. For weeks now (6? 7?) it has not worked in allowing me to access my Dropbox at all. Keeps telling me I am not logged in. I spent an hour waiting to talk to a Walmart Photo person this morning who said at his end there is no problem. I use a desktop (not Apple) and an iPad and neither of them will work and my daughter-in-law is also having the same issue. We both print weekly. Any idea what's wrong? I appreciate any suggestions. Hello, I work for a company that uses Dropbox for our file storage. About a month or two ago our team began encountering problems saving 2D drawings (.dwg) to Dropbox. This only occurs when attempting to save a new iteration and not on file creation. It seems to be a Dropbox issue and not the application as saving outside of a synced folder or quitting Dropbox before the save will allow it to complete error free.
