Can I get a refresh token with the expired short lived token I have already?

3 years agoNo, it is not possible to get a refresh token by using an expired short-lived access token. You can only get a refresh token by processing the OAuth app authorization flow and requesting "offline" access. This only needs to be done once per account though, as the refresh token itself does not expire and can be re-used repeatedly.
