Maximum Retry attempts
When I try to upload a PDF via api, I get this error,
{"status": "FAILED", "error": "Job reached maximum retry attempts"}
File size is around 1 MB, do I need to enable something in the settings?

Can you share the code you're using and a sample URL that results in this error? Thanks in advance! Thank you for your prompt response Greg, this issue was because of authentication. I fixed it in my code.
