Shared folder property groups
I'm using .NET Dropbox API to add custom properties to a file by using user-owned templates. Will the properties be visible to users I share the file with? Is it possible to achieve this without using Dropbox Business?

No, unfortunately the file properties are only accessible to the user who owns them, and won't be visible to other members of the shared folder, for instance. I'll pass this along as a feature request, but I can't promise if or when that might be implemented.

Reviving an old thread as I was wondering if there has been any change here, or if custom properties are still only visible to the original file uploader?
