Trying to download a file, but no file is being downloaded.
async Task Download(DropboxClient dbx, string folder, string file) { using (var response = await dbx.Files.DownloadAsync(folder + "/" + file)) { Console.WriteLine(await response.GetContentAsStringAsync()); } }
Comes up with file successfully downloaded, but no file can be found locally. Please help.

In this code, you're getting the file data as a string, and printing it out to the console. If you want to save the file to your local filesystem, for instance, you'll need to run the necessary code to do so as the SDK does not do that for you automatically.
You can find the documentation for the available options for reading the file data from the download response from the Dropbox SDK here.
For information on how to interact with your local filesystem, please refer to your platform's documentation.
