V2 download api response time

Hi, I was trying the download api to pull a small range of bytes 0-30000. The response time averages around 700ms to 1s. Is there another api call endpoint that would grab partial content faste...

No, unfortunately there isn't another option for this that would be faster, but I'll pass this along as a request to improve the performance. I can't promise if or when that might be done though.

    I'm wondering if its based on where the data is located. I tried out curl from San Diego, CA and also an instance in Iowa. Both seems to be the same speed.

      There are a number of different variables that will effect the overall performance, such as where the data is located, as well other things like network routes and conditions, etc.
