There should be something else changed on your end. I just tried and no issue with file bigger than 10MB; it's the same like for smaller files. Does by any chance something else change together with the size in the HTTP request - something you have ignored? You may try binary dump of your request and see what's there and what's wrong. If you cannot still figure what's wrong, post the resulted dump here (mask the access token in use or invalidate it in advance).
